3. Client Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials provided for access to the AI tools.

4. Fees and Payment

• All subscription fees are charged monthly in advance based on the selected package.

• In addition to the subscription fee, clients are responsible for ongoing phone message charges of approximately $0.02 per AI message. These charges depend on usage and will be billed separately.

• EmpowerAI Solutions is not accountable for the extent of the client’s usage or the resulting charges.

• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or specified under cancellation terms.

• EmpowerAI Solutions reserves the right to suspend services in case of unpaid invoices after the due date.

5. Cancellation and Termination

• Clients may cancel their subscription with 30 days’ written notice.

• EmpowerAI Solutions reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of:

• Breach of terms by the Client.

• Use of the services for illegal or unethical purposes.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

• EmpowerAI Solutions adheres to GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

• Client data will only be used to provide and improve the services.
